Within the framework of the project “Improving the employment and income generation opportunities in rural areas”, supported by Bread for the World (BfdW), IADK, in cooperation with the Municipality of Malisheva, has launched a training programme for the qualification “Preservation of fruits, Vegetables and Related Products.”
The 15 participants are attending a combined training programme consisting of 30% theoretical and 70% practical training, providing them with the opportunity to apply their knowledge directly in practice. The practical component is being delivered at IADK’s Food Processing Unit, as well as in food-processing businesses and industries within the sector, where participants gain hands-on experience with real work processes and the standards applied in the food-processing industry.
The training is delivered by IADK trainers, with a focus on developing practical skills and preparing participants for the labour market.
