Study visits help beekeepers gain experience from experienced beekeepers

Beekeeping is the art of raising/caring for bees, which requires dedication and continuous care to have healthy bees and high-quality production. Beekeepers/beneficiaries of IADK have these opportunities and skills, thanks to support with bees, hives, bee equipment, training, and study visits provided by the organization IADK.

To deepen this knowledge, 8 beekeepers/beneficiaries took part in the study visit, where they visited two successful beekeepers and a business producing bee feed. The beekeepers were informed about food production procedures, the rational use of feed, and also exchanged experiences on bee breeding and care.

This activity was made possible within the framework of the project "Economic Inclusion of Repatriates through Agriculture in Rural Areas and Capacity Building through Vocational Training," funded by Deutsche Geselchaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, mandated by the Federal Republic of Germany.
