Youth unemployment is a general and above all very current challenge at the Kosovo level. Creating working and employment conditions for young people requires dedication and commitment from local, national, and international actors. IADK continuously contributes through its projects and creates optimal conditions for the practical preparation of young people for the labor market. In recent days, IADK has signed internship contracts with 22 students, of whom 12 will start internships in June, while the others will be involved during this year.
Young people will adopt best practices from IADK, businesses, beneficiaries of the organization, and relevant institutions. The internship will enable young people to be professionally prepared and ready for the labor market. IADK will continue to be close to young people through professional training and thus gradually create employment opportunities.
