Second meeting of the Steering Committee – Strengthening cooperation and assessing project progress

IADK organized the second meeting of the Steering Committee with the aim of assessing the project's progress so far and further coordination among the involved parties. This meeting served as an important platform for exchanging information, analyzing the achieved results, and discussing the next steps for the successful implementation of the project.
Representatives from the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), representatives from the municipalities of Leposaviq, Obiliq, and Gračanica, as well as private sector partners Agrovizion SHPK and Agrovin SHPK, companies with which IADK cooperates within the framework of the project, participated in this meeting.
During the meeting, a detailed report on the results so far was presented, including:
• Analysis of the two phases of implementation
• Successes achieved and challenges encountered
Additionally, participants had the opportunity to learn about the planned activities for the remaining period until the project's completion. The discussion about these activities contributed to harmonizing future actions and further strengthening cooperation among all involved partners.
This meeting marked an important step towards the successful and coordinated implementation of the project on the ground.
