The opening of the confectionery production unit is a direct contribution to economic development and the creation of new jobs for women in the municipality of Lipjan.
Present at this ceremony were the Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, the Director of the Agriculture Directorate, Mr. Shefqet Amrllahu, municipal officials, women participants in the trainings, as well as family members of the beneficiary.
The inauguration of this unit concluded with the enjoyment of sweets prepared by the beneficiary, Mrs. Ibrahimi, in the village of Topliqan in Lipjan.
The activity was made possible within the framework of the project "Professional training and income-generating opportunities in agriculture for women and youth living in rural areas of Kosovo," a project supported by the Swiss donor CFD, Lipjan municipality, and implemented by IADK.
