With the purpose of supportthrough grants and the professional empowerment of farmers, youth, and women in the agricultural sector and food processing, today, January 30, 2026, the Executive Director of IADK] Mr. Zenel Bunjaku and the Mayor of Malishevë Municipality, Mr. Ekrem Kastrati, signed The Cooperation Agreement (MoA). Based on this agreement, the Municipality of Malishevë contributes co-financing to the project "Improvement of employment and income-generating opportunities in rural areas", a three-year project for the period 2026–2028, implemented by IADK and is funded by the donor BfdW from Germany.
On this occasion, Chairman Kastrati thanked IADK for its contribution so far in supporting farmers and expressed his willingness, as well as that of the Directorate for Agriculture, to cooperate correct and efficient during the implementation of the project.
From this cooperation, conditions are expected to be created for beneficiaries who, through agricultural activities, generate income which improve the socio-economic situation of the population, especially in rural areas of Kosovo, where the project will be expanded.
