[NT9]], within the framework of implementing the project "Improving Employment and Income Generation Opportunities in Rural Areas of Kosovo," a three-year project (2020-2022) funded by the donor BfdW from Germany, specifically in the activity supporting students, held 5 days of training to enhance knowledge in soft skills with 15 students selected for practical work support, and distributed certificates for participation in these trainings.
With the aim of gaining practical work experience, these young graduates in agricultural sciences and food technology will be placed in practical work over a 3-month period in various companies or institutions related to their field of study.
After completing the internship, young people will have greater opportunities to access the labor market and will also have the opportunity to apply for support grants in various projects to be implemented by the organization IADK.
