[NT8]], within the framework of implementing the activities of the project "Building the professional capacities of youth in the agricultural sector," on December 11, 2019, conducted a study visit with two groups of young people from Gjilan and Peja, who had completed training on milk processing.
Visits were made to the "KABI" dairy in Gjilan and "Jeta e Re" in Istog, where the young people were introduced to the work done in milk collection by farmers, as well as the milk collection and processing capacities.
The young people have seen all the processing lines, specifically the technological process of milk processing into yogurt, yogurt, cream, various types of cheese, then fresh daily milk, etc.
IADK after this, according to the project plans, supported these two groups in purchasing some essential work equipment, which will be used by the youth during the development of activities in the processing of agricultural products.
