The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture in Kosovo (IADK) conducted a three-day training in the field of business management with ten women from the non-majority community of the Municipality of Novo Brdo. The training included practical topics such as financial management, marketing, human resources, and business plan design. During three days, the participants engaged in discussions and exercises that helped them strengthen their skills to develop sustainable business ideas.
