The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture of Kosovo (IADK), is committed to the development of agriculture and the enhancement of professional training in the field of agriculture and agro-processing. For to ensure that young people, women/girls, and adults receive qualifications that will recognized domestically and internationally, IADK is accredited and validated by The National Qualifications Authority (AKK), to provide, evaluate, and certify qualification in the food processing sector in two profiles: "Dairy" and "Preservative of fruits, vegetables, and similar" level III according to AKK, each profile containing 300 teaching hours or 15 credits, where after completing training participants will be issued accredited/validated certificates in the aforementioned profiles.
The accreditation is valid for the period 31.05.2021 until 30.05.2024. During this period, IADK will form the groups of candidates to train in the dairy and fruit preservation sector and vegetables. After successfully completing the profile, participants prepared to obtain the professional qualification that enables their integration into the market for the dairy industry and fruit and vegetable processing, such as and opportunities to create their businesses in the production of milk or fruits and vegetables.
This achieved success is thanks to the extraordinary commitment of the Executive Director of IADK, management, to the staff of the food processing department and donor BfdW from Germany within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in the rural areas of Kosovo."
