Within the framework of the activity for services "Providers of training of short-term courses", economic and Development of soft skills for 13 participants. The purpose of these trainings It was the strengthening of business management capacities, the increase of financial knowledge and preparing for successful access to the labor market and entrepreneurship.
During the training, key topics were covered such as: leadership, access to finance, development of business ideas, preparation of applications for donors, microfinance institutions and banks, marketing of products, as well as the development of soft skills (preparing a CV, a letter, motivational and interview preparation).
The training was conducted by trainers from IADK, ensure high-quality teaching and alignment with the objectives of the project. Through this engagement, participants have strengthened their self-confidence, decision-making capacities and readiness for the economic development of sustainably. This group of participants has previously successfully completed the training in the "Milk" qualification, thus fulfilling the component technical compared to economic and entrepreneurial.
