Theoretical and practical training in the milk processing sector

As part of the service activity ”Training providers for short-term courses”, the training for the ’Dairy’ qualification is currently being implemented. This professional program aims to enhance the theoretical and practical skills of participants in the dairy processing sector.

So far, two modules of this training have been successfully completed, during which participants have been engaged in the application of hygiene and food safety procedures, the use of technological equipment, occupational health and safety measures, and environmental protection practices. In addition, participants have been trained in milk processing procedures that require precise temperature control and safe handling in order to ensure the quality of the final product.

The training is attended by 20 participants and is delivered by professional trainers from IADK, ensuring a high quality of instruction and full alignment with labor market demands and the standards of the food industry.

The training will continue in the coming days, contributing directly to the preparation of skilled professionals, the improvement of food safety, and the strengthening of sustainable emloyment opportunities in the dairy processing sector in Kosovo.

This activity is carried out within the “Skills for Sustainable Jobs in Kosovo” project, funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency.
