Today at IADK we had the pleasure to welcome Ms. Jessica Bauer, Junior Consultant from German Sparkassenstiftung, and Mr. Nusret Vitija, National Training Coordinator.

They were welcomed by the Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, and during the visit were introduced to our activities in agriculture, vocational training, and farmer support. The guests toured our facilities and expressed interest in the work being carried out at IADK.

The partnership with German Sparkassenstiftung has brought tangible benefits, including the certification of two IADK staff members in the “Managing Climate Change Resilience” program, as well as two others in the innovative “Savings Game” training – a clear testament to our commitment to capacity building and sustainable community development.

During the meeting, further opportunities for deepening the collaboration were also discussed, with the aim of introducing new programs that empower farmers and contribute to long-term rural development.
