IADK completes Business Management training with women from non-majority communities in the Municipality of Novo Brdo
The Initiative for Agricultural Development of Kosovo (IADK) has successfully delivered a three-day training in Business Management with ten women from non-majority communities in the Municipality of Novo Brdo. The training covered practical topics such as financial management, marketing, human resources, and business plan development. Throughout the three days, participants engaged in discussions and practical exercises that helped them strengthen their skills and develop sustainable business ideas. At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates of participation.
Beyond technical knowledge, this activity conveyed an important message: that economic empowerment of women in rural areas is possible when they are given space, support, and trust to take charge of their future.
This activity was implemented within the framework of the "Seeds of Empowerment: Women’s Rights in Focus” project, implemented by the Jahjaga Foundation and supported by the Czech Republic’s Transition Promotion Program – CzechAid.
